June 17

BM signed the pre-relinquishment papers today and is looking forward to delivery and getting back to her regular lifestyle - which makes me sad for her... So after she delivers she'll sign the final papers at the hospital which then she'll have 3 days afterwards to change her mind. From that point she would have to prove she was incapable or mislead into signing the papers - in other words, it would be very difficult for her to reverse the action. Then after 6 months is when a court signs the final papers and makes the adoption forever final and binding - no one can change their mind about anything. (O, and we cancelled our season tickets at the Pepsi Center today to help pay for to help subsidise the project)
