Cinco de Mayo = The day we found out we were finally matched with a birthmom!! Our lawyer called and said she and her mother both chose us as their first pick... and then said we had 2 days to send "the check". They make you pay the entire amount up front (ouch). We read BM's profile and she sounded like someone that might be a good fit for us... but how does one really know these things from a faxed 6 page questionnaire?
